Robert Ridgley joined Bush Gottlieb as an associate in September 2025. He was previously a 2024 Peggy Browning Fund Fellow at the Firm.
Mr. Ridgley graduated cum laude from Cornell Law School in 2025. While in law school, he interned at the National Labor Relations Board field office in San Francisco, where he investigated unfair labor practice charges and assisted in union representation hearings. Afterwards, he represented workers and unions as a legal intern in the Cornell Labor Law Clinic. He also served as a Teaching Assistant for undergraduate labor and employment law classes at the Cornell University School of Industrial and Labor Relations.
Before law school, Mr. Ridgley graduated with Highest Honors from the University of California, Davis. He wrote his honors thesis on the history of the labor movement in France and the United States. He also worked as a warehouse associate, a bookseller, and an emergency room extern.
