Recognizing that no one should go to work every day and come home to a dinner table without food, or an apartment without heat, or a child without healthcare, Bush Gottlieb has committed itself to helping unions develop and execute large-scale strategic campaigns aimed at harnessing worker power to take on entrenched, anti-worker forces. Embracing the concept of “rebellious lawyering,” Bush Gottlieb seeks to break down the artificial barriers between lawyers and clients in order to collaborate as activists and to strategize about how to defeat these anti-worker companies and initiatives. Although billionaires, their donors, and the architects of Project 2025 are powerful, their strength pales when compared to the power that workers have when they come together. Bush Gottlieb wants to help its clients harness their power and their members’ power by working with allies and embracing a wide array of strategies from organizing, to strategic litigation, to political and legislative advocacy, to coalition building, to research, education, and media, and to any other strategy that will further the interests of working people across the country.
